FREE ENTRY 10:00 – 21:00
OpenLabs is a day entirely dedicated to science, with activities for every age.
In conferences and seminars, the actual protagonists will present the most recent discoveries and possible future accomplishments of science.
Students will also be involved in our university orientation meetings.
The National Laboratory of Frascati will be open all day, showing our scientists’ tools. The programme will include guided tours, interactive demonstrations, a detectors exhibition and play-based learning to reveal the Physics hidden in everyday experiences such as music, sport and play.
It will be possible to visit DAFNE, the Italian accelerator for particle physics.
We also address special attention to future scientists, with a special programme aimed specifically at children and teenagers.
Visitors can access the free parking lot adjacent the Tor Vergata Station, 50 m from the LNF. For this occasion, the Laboratory will be a pedestrian zone.
